6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by PixelKrafts remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, ownership transfers as outlined in the project agreement.

7. Project Scope & Changes

• Project scope will be defined in written agreements
• Changes to project scope may result in adjusted timelines and costs
• Both parties must approve scope changes in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

PixelKrafts Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and projects. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for completed work, will be outlined in project-specific agreements.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
